1. Contact Art Morgan – RAS 1174 via phone @ (830)0822-4412.
2. Our Specialist will send you a prefilled Request for Inspection Form; sign and return via email.
3. Our Specialist will submit the Request for Inspection Form to TDLR. Typically, will receive your Project file from TDLR in less than one business day.
4. Our Specialist will notify you via email we are ready to proceed with the Plan Review. You will need to provide:
   1. Complete set of Building Plans in a PDF via email.
   2. Have your Architect complete the prefilled Proof of Submission Form and return via email.
   3. Payment for RAS of Texas services. We will send you an Invoice. Fee for most Projects is $900.00.
5. Our Specialist will email you the Plan Review Report & Plan Review Transmittal Letter for your files. TDLR will be notified also.
6. Our Specialist will contact you to set a date and time for the ONSITE INSPECTION.
7. Our Specialist will meet you and conduct the ONSITE INSPECTION. You will need to sign the prefilled Proof of Inspection Form.
8. Our Specialist will email you the Inspection Report & Inspection Transmittal Letter for your records. TDLR will be notified also.
9. Our Specialist will verify all records are accepted by TDLR.
10. Our Specialist will close you Project with TDLR and notify you via email.
